When you feel physically unwell what do you do? You go to the doctor. Why should your emotional/mental health be different? I am Tasha Harris, a licensed professional counselor with a primary goal of helping you become an emotionally healthy individual. We go through life not realizing the impact of past traumas, toxic behaviors, unhealthy relationships, experiences, and poor habits.
